We had a plumbing emergency on a late Sunday night, called multiple plumbers and no one was available or willing to come. Found Jb plumbing and they came out within 1 hour. Their price was fair and precise. They got the job done and even gave me suggestions on how to maintain my drain. Will definitely be suing them again. hot water in our house has been lukewarm at best lately so I knew the old heater was finally on its last legs. I had a plumber come out to take a look and he confirmed that the tank was starting to rust at the bottom. He gave me a few options for a replacement and we ended up going with a newer model that is way more energy efficient. I woke up to a soaking wet carpet in the hallway and realized a pipe must have burst inside the wall overnight. I called a few places that couldn't come out until the next day, but this team got someone over within two hours. To be fair, I was expecting a total disaster, but they cut a small access hole, fixed the leak, and were incredibly tidy about the whole process.
